PHIL

Faqs

This program is designed to help men grow in faith, leadership, character, and life purpose through structured mentorship, coaching, and community-based cohort learning.

Any man seeking spiritual growth, personal transformation, career advancement, or clarity of purpose is welcome. No prior experience or qualification is required—just a willingness to grow.

Each cohort runs for a defined period (typically 6–12 weeks), with weekly sessions, assignments, and mentorship touchpoints.

You gain clarity, spiritual grounding, leadership development, accountability, practical life tools, and a supportive brotherhood committed to growth.

Yes. The entire experience is founded on Christian principles, integrating Scripture, prayer, and spiritual disciplines with practical life and leadership development.

Sessions are delivered through a blend of live virtual meetings, digital resources, mentorship calls, and guided activities. Some cohorts may offer in-person gatherings depending on location.

There is a program fee that supports mentorship, resources, materials, and facilitation. Scholarships or sponsorship opportunities may be available for select participants.

All sessions are recorded and available for replay. You will also receive notes and follow-up support to stay on track.
